I was born in City of Baku, Azerbaijan (one of the republics of the former USSR). I graduated with MBA from the Architectural University in Azerbaijan at the top of my class. Then I worked as an assistant of Senior Architect of City of Baku.
In 1990 I came to the USA. I started to paint back in school. I'm painting for over 40 years now. My father was a well known artist in Azerbaijan, so I guess the love of art is just runs in the blood.

I love painting. My favorite media is oil on canvas. Whenever I can I paint oil paintings.

Right now I live in Chicago, and I enjoy this city so much that I dedicated many painting series to it. One of my first ones here in USA is "Streets of Chicago". There are only 3 paintings left in the series they were hanged in my house for a while. Feel free to look at them. No one had see them for over 10 years.

The style that I enjoy a lot is impressionism.

If you have time let me know what you think. I paint and create art because I enjoy it so much and I feel rewarded when other people enjoying it too:feedback@ArtprintsEtc.com.
