For shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, please select Express option at the checkout. For International shipments and APO/FPO addresses, please contact us at Info@ArtprintsEtc.com for a quote. Please specify the item(s) and a shipping address. We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours with shipping options and rates. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses at this time. All orders for in-stock merchandise are usually processed and shipped within 4-8 business days of receipt with Standard shipping method and within 1-3 business days with Express shipping method, except Hawaii and Alaska. If we are unable to fulfill your order within this timeframe, we will contact you via email. Our goal is to process orders and deliver products to our customers as quickly as possible. Return / Exchange Policy: When you shop with ArtPrintsEtc.com, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. We will refund the full price of the item(s) you purchased less 15% restocking fee. Please note: Additional restocking fees may be applicable to Stretched Original Art. To request a refund or exchange, please contact us at Returns@ArtprintsEtc.com within 14 days of receiving your Art. Within your email, please include the order number, item(s) you are returning and reasons for your return. We will respond within 24 hours with further instructions on processing your request. Refunds will not be issued without prior authorization. After receiving your return authorization and instructions, please pack the items in their original packing materials. All returned Art must be unused and undamaged. In most cases, the cheapest method for shipping your items back is via USPS. ArtPrintsEtc.com cannot be responsible for any return shipping losses.
